Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Recent DPT graduate, NPTE passer, or experienced clinician.
• Passionate about outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Committed to clinical development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, sports, and other outpatient conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and findings.
• Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered treatment.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with therapists, PTAs, support staff, and other providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Pursue specialty interests and professional growth.
