Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Michigan or eligible for Michigan licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Recent DPT graduate, NPTE passer, or experienced clinician.
• Passionate about outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, sports, and other outpatient conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered treatment.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and other appropriate treatment approaches.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, support staff, referring providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
• Pursue specialty interests and professional growth opportunities based on your career goal.
