Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required.
• CPR and relevant state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and set treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with modalities.
• Guide exercises, manual therapy, and progress tracking.
• Document progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and prevention.
