Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification and state requirements.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
