Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with estimated total compensation of $98,000 to $113,000 including performance incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Florida PT license is required.
• DPT or equivalent degree is required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based PT treatments for orthopedic, balance and vestibular conditions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
