Responsibilities

• Evaluate: Perform comprehensive new-patient evaluations and physical exams.
• Diagnose: Establish a precise diagnosis of physical conditions and their impact on activity.
• Plan of Care: Create individualized treatment plans with goals and timelines.
• Intervention & Progress: Prescribe PT interventions and track progress.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on home-care techniques.
