Motion PT Group is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift.

The role offers a compensation range of $85K-$112K, plus up to $10K sign-on and up to $25K in student loan repayment, plus strong mentorship and education support. • Licensed Physical Therapist must be licensed or eligible in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting , including exposure to post-operative care, overuse injuries, gait and balance assessment, and sports-related conditions. Licensed Physical Therapists with orthopedic outpatient experience and new graduates with relevant orthopedic clinical affiliation experience are encouraged to apply.
