Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday). Schedule includes early shifts on Mon, Wed, and Fri (8-hour shifts with flexible start times) and late days on Tue and Thurs (flexible start times with coverage until 6–7 PM); schedule is partially flexible and will be reviewed further during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with experience in or an interest in treating pediatric patients. A split schedule between pediatric and orthopedic care is available, with mentorship and training provided. New graduates are welcome to apply.

About

Compensation: $89K - $112K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
