Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, implements evidence-based interventions, and manages discharge planning for a full patient caseload.

Responsibilities:

Conducts patient assessments, documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, communicates professionally, supervises support staff, and ensures cohesive patient care by coordinating with physicians and leadership. May serve as a clinical instructor and participate in departmental committees. Flexibility to assist in other departments based on patient needs is expected.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy program, and current licensure in the state of practice.
