Qualifikationen

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a health-related field.
• BLS certification within 1 year of hire preferred; strong communication and patient-care skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PT services to outpatient and inpatient populations.
• Support rehab across settings (home health, SNF) as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
