PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Union, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design individualized treatment plans and contribute to multidisciplinary care in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.

• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
