Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in the United States is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver orthopedic and musculoskeletal care with a focus on education and evidence-based treatments. You will manage 10–12 patients daily, design individualized plans, and document efficiently in EMR, supported by onboarding, mentorship, and in-house continuing education.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, reflecting growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
