Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Voorhees, NJ clinic and deliver comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. You will work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and apply evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.

You’ll participate in a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship initiatives, and in-house residency-style programs, with access to free CE courses and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000-$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
