PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to elevate patient care and advance your clinical career in a growth‑minded culture.

Join a diverse caseload with orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab, plus mentorship, residency programs, and in-house CE courses. A six‑week onboarding and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills with team orientation
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000-100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
