Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Matthews, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to care and advance clinical excellence. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, educate patients, and collaborate in an interdisciplinary team.

We offer a six-week onboarding, mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and comprehensive benefits including multi-plan medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!
