Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in the United States is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. You will join a growth-minded team dedicated to evidence-based practice and patient-centered outcomes.

You’ll receive a six-week onboarding, mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, free CE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000-100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!

• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
