Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist in Peru, Illinois. In this role, you'll conduct evaluations and treatments for patients, design personalized treatment plans, and manage documentation within the EMR system. With a base salary of $80,000–$105,000 per year based on experience, you’ll also have opportunities for monthly bonuses and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign‑on bonus: Available in select locations!
