Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Salem, IN is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design personalized, evidence-based plans and manage workflows in the EMR system alongside an interdisciplinary team.

We offer a six-week onboarding, mentorship, in-house residencies, extensive continuing education, and a generous benefits package with 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
