Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Anderson, IN, to provide innovative therapy practices. You will conduct evaluations and create personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role includes a competitive salary of $75,000–$105,000 annually, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) contribution.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10-12 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000–$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
