Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is looking for passionate full-time Physical Therapists to join their team in Shelby, North Carolina. You will have the opportunity to conduct evaluations and treatments tailored to individual patient needs while working within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure required.
• BLS certification necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $79,000 - $100,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
