PT Solutions in Palm Coast, FL, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to advance transformative care with a diverse caseload across orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will conduct evaluations, educate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes EMR documentation, mentorship, and growth paths, with competitive base pay, monthly incentives, and sign-on bonuses in select locations.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
• BLS certification is required or in progress.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program with active or pending licensure.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $74,000 - $90,000 /year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000available in select locations!
