Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and support professional growth. You’ll work in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care with a diverse caseload and an onboarding program, mentorship, and in-house residency-style programs. Competitive base salary with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus in select locations.

You’ll manage evaluations, create evidence-based plans, and handle EMR documentation in a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day)

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000-110,000+/ year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
