Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Bakersfield, CA to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, while efficiently managing documentation in the EMR system.

The role offers onboarding, mentorship, in-house continuing education, and a pathway to growth through residency-style programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!
