PT Solutions in Des Plaines, IL is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to elevate careers while expanding access to quality care. You will treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases within an interdisciplinary team, deliver personalized plans, and document efficiently in EMR systems.

The role includes a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, free continuing education, and monthly incentives tied to patient volume.

Formación

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification

• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $40-$50 hourly / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
