Status: Full-Time. May work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing departments. Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.

Location: You may be requested to travel between the two offices situated in Quincy, CA, and Greenville, CA.
Compensation for Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale Base Rate: $69.94- $99.72 per hour (or $145,475.20- $207,412.85 annually) Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay.
Hiring Incentive: $10,000.00 Housing Stipend: $1,500/month
Relocation assistance for 3 months, if you do not currently have housing available within 35 miles of PDH and need to relocate to accept the offered position Compensation for Non-Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale. Base Rate: $70.11 $99.96 per hour (or $145,828.80 $207,917.00 annually) Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
