Job summary

HiredFirst in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Permanent Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function for patients. The role requires at least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience and an active Virginia PT license.

Scheduling is 40 hours per week with flexibility; a sign-on bonus is included to welcome you to the team.

• $38.02 – $57.04/hr (based on experience)

Schedule

• 40 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
• Option 1: Longer days Monday–Thursday + short Friday
• Option 2: 4x10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday (e.g., 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
