Augusta Health Brand is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients across the lifespan, set goals with patients and the care team, and develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet those goals without direct supervision.
The role requires licensure in Virginia and adherence to state and federal regulations. The position may include administrative duties and is governed by department productivity standards.
Pay or shift range: $37.19 USD to $56.90 USD
The pay range reflects the current compensation range for this position at the time of posting. Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range.
The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating all patients across the life span assigned to them, determine short-term and long-term goals in conjunction with the patient and other team members when appropriate, develop and implement a comprehensive treatment program to meet these goals without direct supervision, and perform these tasks in a timely, effective manner that corresponds to the normal productivity standards for the department. Additional responsibilities will include administrative assignments as assigned. Physical Therapists will adhere to all state and federal regulations that apply to the practice of physical therapy.
