Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design and adjust treatment plans, and supervise therapy services. The role focuses on functional recovery and community reintegration while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.

Applicants should hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent, have a Virginia license, and at least one year of outpatient experience, CPR certification, and current licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Active Virginia license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification and current licensure in good standing.
