Job summary

HiredFirst in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Permanent Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function for patients. The role requires at least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience and an active Virginia PT license.

Scheduling is 40 hours per week with flexibility; a sign-on bonus is included to welcome you to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Physical Therapy experience.
• Active Physical Therapist license (Virginia).
• Resume and credentialing documentation required (VHS Perm Candidate Submission Form, SSN, DOB).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans.
