BreakThrough Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking licensed physical therapists to join our collaborative care team near Apex/Raleigh, NC. This role offers an $85,000–$100,000 salary based on experience, plus up to $5K sign-on and generous continuing education funding.

You’ll evaluate patients, deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment, and monitor progress with mentorship and ongoing education. We support work-life balance and ongoing professional growth with paid certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
