Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join BreakThrough's Apex clinic, a flagship site with nearly 20 years of outpatient orthopedic care. You will treat post‑surgical, sports injury, and chronic pain patients using evidence‑based therapies, with access to dry needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training, and AI‑powered documentation support.

Mentorship and Evidence In Motion continuing education are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for NC licensure.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.

You'll treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain, alongside patients seeking relief from headaches and neck pain. Our team also includes a dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist, giving the clinic real depth beyond general orthopedics.

A full toolkit to treat them well. Services at this location include Blood Flow Restriction Training, dry needling, manual physical therapy, and chronic pain therapy supported by virtual reality technology — giving you the tools to treat a broad caseload with evidence-based, modern approaches.
