We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population. Our team specializes in orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and pelvic health treatments. We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists, offering mentoring, career advancement opportunities, and collaborative work with various departments within our hospital.

This position offers flexible scheduling options, including 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, continuing education reimbursement, and a 403b retirement match.

Responsibilities include:
  • Examine patients, interpret findings, and develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Implement and adjust treatment interventions, educate patients and families, and ensure patient motivation and cooperation.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress.
  • Meet productivity standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Organizational and Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active MA Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to maintain documentation.
