We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population. Our team specializes in orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and pelvic health treatments. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, continuing education reimbursement, and a 403b retirement match.

Responsibilities include:

• Examine patients, interpret findings, and develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions, educate patients and families, and ensure patient motivation and cooperation.
• Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Meet productivity standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Organizational and Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of physical therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to maintain documentation.
