Homeside Rehab – Albion, NY 14411 is seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist or PTA and Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our growing home care team serving Albion, NY 14411. The role involves delivering skilled therapy per the plan of care, under supervision, helping patients improve strength and mobility, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New York State PT or PTA license and OT or OTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in home care.
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation.
• Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
