Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our home care team serving Merrick, NY 11566. The roles offer part-time and per diem opportunities with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

You will provide skilled therapy services under supervising therapists, maintain documentation, and help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active New York State PTA or OTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a home care setting.
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation.
• Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
