Our Grafton, MA outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences. Join our highly trained and respected physical therapy team that offers preventative and rehabilitative services to improve quality of life for our community. Schedule: Monday through Friday

PRN and Part-time positions available - PRN rate up to $70/hr

Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience

Small clinic with one other PT and a PSS. We offer general ortho and sports medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
• Complete all required corporate and clinical training, maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and document patient needs for whom physical therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and payors.
• Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional early or late shifts.
• CPR certification required.
