Select Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Center Manager-Physical Therapist in Concord, MA

Our Concord outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. This is a large, unique center located in a historic mill building in highly sought-after Metro West Concord, offering an easy commute into Boston. The center features a staff of experienced clinicians and recently underwent renovation, making it a stunning facility. The clinic has 3 PTs and offers services including ortho, neuro, vestibular, concussion management, sports medicine, industrial rehab, dry needling, and a fall prevention program.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions
  • Maintain excellence in patient care and leadership duties
  • Partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes
  • Manage and grow the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Develop and expand a talented team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Foster a positive environment where team members feel valued
  • Engage with community programs and philanthropic events
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional early or late shifts to accommodate patients
