Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services, evaluate patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy programs, attending to billing guidelines, maintaining licensure, and promoting infection control.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients and evaluate needs.
• Provide clinical oversight to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain licensure and stay compliant with regulations.
• Understand billing models and document outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per state practice act.
