Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning and supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs; case management.
