BAYADA Home Health Care invites new graduate Physical Therapists to join our team serving Monmouth, Somerset, and Union Counties in New Jersey. You will receive mentorship, clinical support, and guidance from experienced PT mentors as you transition to independent practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, territory, market alignment and subject to negotiation:

$55.00 - $65.00 per point ($85,800 - $101,400 annual earning potential)
