Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. invites new graduate Physical Therapists to join our Salisbury Visits Office, offering mentorship, one-on-one patient care in homes, and structured orientation to transition from classroom to independent practice.

You will treat adult and geriatric clients in their homes, with clinical support and mentors to help you grow into a confident clinician while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited DPT program.
• Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility in the home.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled PT interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
