Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking new graduate Physical Therapists to start their career with mentorship and hands-on patient care in home settings across New Jersey. You will transition from classroom to independent practice with structured orientation and clinical support from experienced PT mentors.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients in their homes, developing treatment plans, educating families, and collaborating with a healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, territory, market alignment and subject to negotiation:

$55.00 - $65.00 per point ($85,800 - $101,400 annual earning potential)
