BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking new graduate Physical Therapists to join our team serving Monmouth, Somerset and Union Counties. You’ll receive mentorship, build meaningful patient relationships, and transition from classroom to independent practice in patients' homes.

You’ll evaluate functional status, create treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, educate patients and families, collaborate with the care team, and document care electronically.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited DPT program.
• Licensed or license-eligible in the practicing state.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, and other professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high patient-care standards.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, territory, market alignment and subject to negotiation:

$55.00 - $65.00 per point ($85,800 - $101,400 annual earning potential)
