BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking new graduate Physical Therapists to join our Baltimore County team.

You will receive structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship while delivering one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. This role emphasizes building confidence, developing skills, and transitioning to independent practice with flexible scheduling, supportive team, and ongoing education resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Maryland).
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high patient-care standards.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$53.00 - $63.00 per point ($82,680-$98,280 annual earning potential)
