Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in the Greater Annapolis, MD area. You’ll join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality, 1:1 care with 60-minute sessions, mentoring, and career growth while enjoying a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends.

Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually in Maryland, with opportunities to earn more. We value diverse, inclusive teams and 1:1 patient care.

Qualifications

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent patient service delivery and strong interpersonal skills.

In Maryland, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
