Responsibilities

• Evaluate the patient's functional status including medical history review.
• Determine short and long-term goals with patient input.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and document progress.

Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy theories, practices and standards

Skill in oral and written communication

Ability to manage an average caseload of up to 3 patients per hour

Strong customer service skills
