Job summary

Tribal Health in New York is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our SNF team, delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care to tribal communities.

Candidates must hold a DPT or Master’s in PT, a current NY license, and BLS certification. This 35-hour weekly position offers competitive pay and benefits including health, 401(k), PTO, and student loan assistance.
