Job summary

Tribal Health in Illinois is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility.

The role requires an active state PT license and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master’s in Physical Therapy, plus BLS. This 32-hour-per-week position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and tuition support.
