Job summary

Tribal Health in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our SNF setting. The role focuses on culturally responsive care within tribal communities, delivering patient-centered therapies and family-inclusive services. This position is 32 hours per week with competitive compensation and full benefits.

You will be supported by a clinically led team, with 24/7 backup and opportunities for tuition advancement and loan repayment assistance. Active PT licensure required.

Qualifications

  • Active state PT license is required.
  • DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy is required.
  • BLS certification is required.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
