Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare North Naples, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver skilled services in a SNF. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence, with emphasis on quality of life and compassionate care in a dedicated therapy gym setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
