Step Up Rehab is recruiting a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy at Solaris HealthCare North Naples in Naples, FL. The role involves working in a dedicated SNF gym, collaborating with the care team to enhance safety, mobility, and quality of life for residents.

Eligible candidates must hold an active Florida PT license (or be license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Excellent support, modern facilities, and a flexible schedule are offered.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
